jell-o arms...
A really long workout in the pool has left my body in post workout shock. My eyes are dreary with the after effects of chlorine. I have line marks on my face from the suction of the goggles and swim cap. My arms are noodles...I can barely raise them. And the rest of me just feels exhausted. Thank god for makeup and food.
The specifics of the swim:
200m warmup
6x75m Even (Kick/Drill/Swim), Odd (Swim)
5x100m Freestyle at race pace
3x200m Freestyle Even (Easy), Odd (Fast)
1x200m Kick
3x100m Breast or Back
Cooldown
Yes...that's a whole lot of back and forth and flip-turning.

I was reading this and thought it looked like a familiar workout. Then I realized where you are from and saw that we're on the same team!
